The Purpose of Wrinkles
A wrinkle suddenly appears upon the brow. What to do?
If you think that a wrinkle is just something that can removed surgically, or with injections of Botox...you are probably in the majority. But what if that wrinkle were there to warn you of a problem elsewhere?
Well...this is exactly the view of some, mainly Asian, medical folk. And if it is true, then merely removing the wrinkle, without heeding, or treating, the problem indicated by the wrinkle, might mean that you are missing a clue that might save your life, were you to heed the warning.
For example, when I drink (which is rare), I tend to get a verticle line, or wrinkle, between my eyebrows. I also often get a headache, which seems to center on this spot.
As it happens, that line, according to Dr. Michio Kushi, is an indicator of stomach problems.
Well, I could make the connection and realize the the drink is causing damage to my liver, or I could simply remove the wrinkle... and drink on until my stomach fails.
This is but one example of how reading one's own face can be a form of preventive medicine, in this case, saving thousands of dollars, and maybe death. There are also wrinkles and creases that indicate sexual dysfunction, digestive misfunction, and several others.
So before you run off and pay to bandaid over a problem...read the signs, and see if these wrinkles are not actually a form of hieroglyphics reflecting your actual health.

-Why has he opposed certain homeland security measures and not adequately funded others?
-...if the CIA did not say there was a "massive stockpile" of biological weapons in Iraq, what was your basis for asserting a stockpile existed?

Time was when America was first-rate in Information, Transportation and Energy Innovation.
Those days are gone. You are basically wrongheaded on this, and many other issues, and I suspect it has everything to do with your receiving more money by supporting cars, oil, traditional media...the old order.
Were you to listen to God, you would learn what is truly needed in this world.
Quit wasting time on shallow, mammoniacal agendas, and think with your own head...if you can't connect with the Divine...who would serve you better than any human, regardless of how much you might worship them.

Big Media Kills Dean and Clark. What to Do.
Americans have a right to be pissed. The elite 1%ers in the Big Media have killed off two of our great bretheren, and are about to kill off yet more.
Dean and Clark are the most recent casualties. ABC News, to their credit, showed a tape of Dean's famous scream recorded by a member in the crowd. You couldn't even hear Dean. And why? Because Dean was using a unidirectional mic...and it filtered out the roar, and I mean ROAR, of the crowd. Were that the tape that was played and replayed and replayed and replayed and replayed...Dean would be Number 1 today. Guarantee it. Business attracts business. Excitement breeds excitement. And the ROAR was proof of the excitement.
The Big Media killed, or are killing, Dean. It is a disgrace.
But they have killed, or are in the process of killing off, Clark as well.
They realize how formidable opponent he would be, just as they know how contagious Dean can be.
It is a disgrace. It is substandard. And Clark is right. We need a higher standard.
Don't let the Media convince you of their game that says the game is over before it actually is. Why not use the entire time? Keep everyone in the race.
One thing is crystal clear. Television is obsolete. Use the net, Luke! Say no to your TV.

I keep hearing very smart talkingheads tell us that John Edwards is the best political talent in years...or some variant thereof. So why are Democrats choosing lesser talents? Do they really NOT want to win?
When it comes to raw talent, I also think Wes Clark is doing a great job...and has the added benefit of having a great message. He, like Edwards, are most formidable. MOST formidable.
The Republicans and Media know this, and are demarketing Edwards and Clark. They are, frankly, afraid of a Clark/Edwards ticket. Scared to death. And they are in a hurry for Democrats to remove them from the table.
Don't play into their hands.
Big Media are part of the problem. Not the solution.

Although I tend to think that Clark/Edwards would be the strongest ticket, I like and respect Dr. Dean and would certainly consider him to be in the real top tier, and would would vote for him in a heartbeat.
